You have:

Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or communications, with a track record of driving successful campaigns.

A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively within a small, tight-knit team.

The ability to craft campaigns and marketing plans that align with our strategic objectives and resonate with target audiences while capturing the unique essence of regional tourism.

A solid grasp of digital marketing, including website, social media, content creation, and platform strategies, and how to use these tools effectively.

Excellent media relations, you can attract in-region media familiarisation trips, collaborate with media partners and compose press releases and engaging content.

Knowledge of branding, and the creative process to maintain high standards in both visuals and copywriting.

Strong budget management skills, with the ability to balance creativity with financial accountability and a focus on ROI.

Experience working with internal teams, external stakeholders, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless delivery of marketing efforts.

Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Meltwater, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

Professional qualifications or have studied marketing, tourism, advertising, communications or related fields
