Internship Description:
We are offering internship for a Financial Planning Intern. This internship is an ideal opportunity for students or recent graduates who are passionate about finance and eager to gain practical experience in financial planning, wealth management, and client advisory services. As an intern, you will work closely with our team of financial advisors and assist in various aspects of financial planning for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting financial planners in preparing client financial plans and reviewing investment portfolios
Supporting the development of retirement planning strategies and superannuation advice
Conducting research on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities
Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and financial summaries for clients
Learning about compliance regulations and how they impact financial planning
Helping with administrative tasks related to client file management and documentation
Participating in client meetings (virtual and in-person) to gain real-world insights into financial advisory services

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Australian superannuation and retirement planning (preferred but not required)
