Arctic Installations is an innovative family-owned business that manufacturer, supply and install our very own products made right here in our East Arm, NT warehouse. We opened our doors in 2015 and are a well accomplished and trusted business in the NT and Australia wide. We operate a state-of-the-art Insulted Panel Manufacturing line, producing high-quality insulated panels used for structures, cold storage, housing and much more.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager who is prepared to hit the ground running and engage new clients whilst continuing to maintain relationships with our loyal existing ones. Our ideal candidate will also be responsible for marketing our trusted products, updating the website regularly and staying up to date with the latest marketing and advertising trends on all platforms.

Responsibilities:

All marketing including setting strategic goals, updating and maintaining the website and social media platforms
Collaborating with our experienced management team to drive revenue and further business growth
Drive sales for the business with a reasonable KPI expectation
Manage a select portfolio of clients and sales
Conduct current and potential client visits in Alice Springs, Kununurra and Broome every quarter for a period of 1-2 days

Previous senior sales and marketing experience
Ability to build long term client relationships
An approachable, driven and goal orientated mind set
Highly motivated with the ability to be able to work autonomously
Thrive in fast paced environments, showcasing excellent planning and execution abilities
Displays exceptional attention to detail and effectively manages their time well
