Manage and coordinate day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing records, and handling correspondence.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information on services.
Support the clinical team by maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements.
Handle billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks related to client accounts and service agreements.
Assist in the preparation and submission of NDIS reports, plans, and other documentation.
Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure an efficient working environment.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including NDIS planners, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.

Essential:

A strong understanding of the NDIS system and its operational requirements.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
A background in healthcare or a related field (e.g., Allied Health, Health Administration, or Nursing).
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with electronic health records systems.
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
