Sigma Healthcare on its proposed $8.8 billion reverse takeover and ASX listing of Chemist Warehouse.
QANTM Intellectual Property Limited on its proposed acquisition by an entity owned and controlled by funds managed and advised by Adamantem Capital Management by scheme of arrangement.
CRH plc on its proposed acquisition of all of the issued shares in Adbri Limited (previously Adelaide Brighton), together with the current major shareholder, the Barro family.
Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking on its acquisition of Link Group with an enterprise value of $2.1 billion by scheme of arrangement.
Cromwell Property Group on its proposed $1.1 billion merger of Cromwell Direct Property Fund with Australian Unity Diversified Property Fund and acquisition of associated management rights.
CIMIC (target role) on its response to the unsolicited takeover bid by HOCHTIEF Australia, valuing CIMIC at $6.85 billion.
Virtus Health (target role) on the competing proposed scheme of arrangement and simultaneous takeover bid by CapVest, and unsolicited but ultimately recommended takeover bid by BGH Capital, dubbed by the Australian Financial Review as “the M&A battle of the year”.

The Role:

Work with some of Australia’s top M&A partners on high-profile and market-leading private and public transactions.

About You:

At least 4+ years’ experience in an M&A or Corporate Advisory practice.
Ambition to work on challenging matters at the top of the market.
Strong drafting and advice writing skills.
Strong technical and analytical skills with a practical and commercial mindset.
An eagerness to create an exceptional experience for your clients.
