DeployPartners is a dynamic and reputable IT firm, with key business offerings of OSS Solution deployments, consulting, software sales & installations, support & maintenance as well as training.

We now seek to appoint a full-time office assistant to join our administration team.

The position would suit Diploma of Business Administration graduates. The role will involve working independently and as part of a team. You will have advanced organizational skills and a strong work ethic and be willing to learn with a can-do attitude. This role requires a well-presented individual with good communication skills working from our North Sydney office.

The key responsibilities include:

Coordinating Timesheets;

Work closely with our Sales Manager and team, PMO, and the Service Delivery teams;

Assisting in Travel Bookings;

Contract management and document reviews;

Meeting facilitation and minute-taking for internal teams;

Work with Human Resources to assist with resource recruitment campaigns where required;

Work closely with Business Analysts and key stakeholders to create, improve, document, deliver, and maintain internal processes;

Review quotes, SoWs, and PricingMudMaps for the Sales teams, assisting with making required changes and guiding through the internal approval process;

Data entry and record keeping;

Basic administration support & general office duties;

Event co-ordination.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Previous experience in a sales and/or delivery support role;

General Office Administration;

Excellent Word and Excel skills;

Excellent written and spoken English;

Experience with salesforce.com application would be of great benefit but not essential;

Experience with process creation, improvement, and documentation would be highly regarded;

Previous experience within the IT industry would be of great benefit but not essential;

A strong work ethic with proven initiative and excellent time management skills are essential;

Must be a team player with the ability to communicate with a broad variety of internal and external contacts;

Experience in recruitment and HR processes highly regarded.

Experience in marketing would be an advantage
