The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Irrigation & Pumping Technician who can run the show on-site. This isn’t a role for someone still learning the ropes - we need an experienced irrigation technician who can:

Take charge of irrigation and pumping jobs from start to finish.
Coordinate the day-to-day on the job, including materials, the team and overall delivery.
Lead a small on-site crew and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Chat with clients, keep them in the loop, and deliver top-quality results.
Work with our Irrigation Manager, Drilling, and Licensing teams to make magic happen.

What You Bring to the Table

Solid experience in irrigation and pumping in the agriculture or commercial spaces.
Know your way around bore systems, irrigation pumps and installing new irrigation systems.
A problem-solving mindset - you see challenges, not roadblocks.
Strong communication skills (you’ll be the go-to person on-site).
A keen eye for quality - you take pride in your work and don’t cut corners.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with off-grid solar bore pumping systems.
