Prerequisites:

Applicants should have completed a suitable tertiary course in Information Technology and have had some level of field experience. Further induction training will be provided by Tobin Computing.

Applicants should hold a current Victorian drivers license.

Candidates would ideally be ready for an immediate start.

Job Role:

The position involves working closely with teaching staff in schools to provide technical support on a broad range of hardware and software platforms. These include Microsoft Windows, Chrome OS / Google Apps, Apple IOS / Mac OS and various remote management platforms.

The successful applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Windows Server, Hyper V, Layer 3 Networking, latest Wi-Fi standards , Audio-Visual Devices, Robotics and others. Experience in scripting / coding, web page development / maintenance would also be beneficial.

Interpersonal skills are crucial as well as the ability to calmly navigate through challenging situations.
