1. Participate in all project phases from concept design to construction documentation.

2. Conduct site surveys, analysis, and feasibility assessments to support design development.

3. Produce detailed design drawings, layouts, and 3D renders using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or Revit.

4. Assist in plant selection, material specification, and refinement of construction details.

5. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is accurately realised on site.

6. Prepare presentation materials, project reports, and tender documentation under the guidance of senior designers.

7. Support project tracking, site visits, and progress reporting.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.

2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), SketchUp, and Lumion.

3. Strong design sense with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual outputs.

4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

5. Fluent in English (spoken and written) and comfortable in client-facing situations.

6. Prior experience in construction documentation or site coordination is highly regarded.

7. AILA registration or eligibility is an advantage.
