Project Introduction
- Design construction detail plan by studying project concept,
architectural drawings and models.
- Prepare feasibility study by analyzing engineering design,
conducting environmental impact studies; assembling data.
- Determines project costs by calculating labor, material and
related costs
- Prepare engineering documents by developing construction
specifications, plan and schedules.
- Foster and maintain effective and productive working
relationships with internal and external parties.
Participate Gain
- Sound experience with development projects with more details in
engineering design, works and scheme.
- Study how property development works and when is the best
time for Engineer getting involved.
- Familiar with guidelines and regulations, including permits, safety
etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation
as required
