  • 1. Assist the laboratory in performing basic quality testing of honey samples

  • 2. Participate in honey batch tracking and quality control processes

  • 3. Support compliance review of product labeling and quality claims

  • 4. Data organization and report drafting

Outcomes

  • 3. Learn Australian product testing standards, compliance certification procedures, and pre-export quality audit requirements
