Internship Description:
We are offering internship for a Construction Intern. This role provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to immerse themselves in the construction industry and work alongside experienced professionals. As part of the team, you will assist with various tasks on-site and support the project management team in the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with on-site management, including monitoring construction progress and ensuring adherence to safety standards
Supporting the review of architectural plans, construction blueprints, and technical documents
Assisting in the planning and scheduling of project activities and timelines
Conducting site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with regulations
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
Assisting in the preparation of project reports, documentation, and schedules
Learning about sustainable building practices and contributing to green construction initiatives

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
Strong interest in construction and development
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety protocols
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (preferred)
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
