About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to support our team. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible part-time hours in a stable and professional work environment. The position has the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

General office administration and reception duties
Data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
Bank and account reconciliations
Assisting with BAS and payroll preparation
Assisting with tax return preparation & other ad hoc tasks
Client and ATO liaison as required

Key Requirements

Must be fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping & accounting rule
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Working knowledge of Xero and QuickBooks
Good practical knowledge in bookkeeping and taxation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Good time management and organisational skills
Available 2–3 days per week
Must reside in Australia and have permanent work rights
