About the Role

• Liaising with trades, insurers, and customers to provide updates and follow-ups
• Managing job documentation, reports, and compliance requirements
• Assisting with claim-related administrative tasks and ensuring accuracy in records
• Responding to enquiries with a customer-first approach

This position is full-time, 38-hour week, Monday to Friday.

Role requirements are:

• Providing a high level of customer service as per our Code of Conduct
• Liaise and update our clients and customers regularly and answer calls as required.
• Provide administration support for trade reporting.
• Allocating purchase orders to trades.
• Invoice validation based on reports and purchase orders
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced industry
• Intermediate skills in Word & Excel
• Ability to work well in a team environment
