The Opportunity
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering end-to-end water and wastewater projects - from design and documentation through to project management and commissioning. You’ll get to work on a variety of systems and see your work come to life in the field. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and looking to build your career in a role that blends design with real project delivery, this is a great opportunity.
Your Responsibilities

Manage water-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery

Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines, and effectively communicate them to the team

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

Oversee the design, construction, and installation of water systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards
-
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
-
Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to procure necessary equipment and services
-
Prepare project documentation, including reports, specifications, and drawings
-
Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders, including management and clients
-
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety throughout the project
Your Skills & Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field)

Experience in project management, preferably in water-related projects
-
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise tasks effectively
-
Knowledge of water treatment technologies, processes, and systems
-
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address project challenges
-
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and reporting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
